The 01AD has two power options, the first being a battery-powered solution. The bottom of the timer watering device has a battery compartment, using AA*4 battery power supply; The second is to use a power adapter power supply scheme, the adapter needs 5V2A, after the purchase of the package we give 5V2A power adapter. These two schemes can be used alone or together. When used at the same time, the battery will not be charged. We do not recommend the use of AA rechargeable batteries, because generally a rechargeable battery voltage is only 1.2V, so four batteries are only 4.8V, which is lower than the normal use of voltage.
